Delivery rates in Kyiv:

The cost of delivery from 9:30 to 21:00:

The cost of delivery from 21:00 to 09:00:
- UAH 1000

 

Delivery rates in the Kyiv region:

300-1000 UAH. In some cases, the cost is calculated according to taxi rates, depending on the actual number of kilometers from Kyiv to the place of delivery.

 

Delivery schedule:

Delivery is carried out 6 days a week. Delivery by 12:00 of the next working day is possible if the order is placed and paid for no later than 15:00 of the current day.

 

Urgency:

Delivery in Kyiv is possible in 4 hours after placing and paying for the order.

 

Delivery time intervals:

 6:00 - 9:00

9:30 - 13:00

12:00 - 15:00

15:00 - 18:00

18:00 - 21:00

 

Important: delivery within Kyiv from 21:00 to 09:30 is paid at a different rate.

More details:

1. "Surprise" delivery (without a prior call to the recipient).
When ordering a surprise delivery, the customer must provide information about the time of delivery of the gift, according to the delivery time intervals established by More Flowers, and the exact delivery address. The customer is fully responsible for the information provided to More Flowers.

We ask you to familiarize yourself with the difficulties that may arise during the delivery of "surprises":

1. the courier arrives at the address specified by the customer, but this address is incorrect or the recipient does not live at the specified address or is not present at the moment;
2. the courier did not open the door or opened, but refused to accept the flowers / gift for the recipient.
In such cases, the manager of More Flowers informs the customer about the occurrence of unforeseen difficulties in order to quickly resolve the situation. If the customer cannot solve this problem on his own, he can give the More Flowers manager the recipient's phone number to coordinate with him the address and time of receiving the order according to the delivery time intervals set by More Flowers.

In the case of registration of the courier's repeated departure, the customer pays for the service in accordance with the established tariffs.

If the customer or recipient does not contact More Flowers within 24 hours from the moment Delivery difficulties occurred, the order is considered fully fulfilled. In this case, More Flowers does not provide a partial or full refund.

2. Delivery "by previous call to the recipient".
The manager of More Flowers calls the recipient before the delivery and specifies a convenient time and address for receiving the flowers / gift.
3. "Incognito" delivery.
Choosing this option indicates that information about the customer and colors / gift is not disclosed to the recipient. At the same time, the customer has the opportunity to transfer information to the recipient by indicating it in the card attached to the flowers / gift.
4. Photo report on the presentation of the gift
The implementation of this option is possible only if the recipient allowed to take a photo of the delivery of flowers / gift (photo report on delivery) and also allowed to provide it to the customer.

 

Delivery rules:

- Delivery to a residential building:
The order is delivered to the recipient personally or to a trusted person upon agreement with the recipient or the customer.

- Delivery to the place of work, to the office / business center:
Delivery is made only to the desk of the secretary (administrator).

If the recipient cannot go to the desk of the secretary (administrator) of the business center or is not available at the address during the delivery time (delivery time interval) specified when placing the order, the More Flowers manager agrees with the customer or the recipient on the possibility of handing over the flowers / gift through employees who know the recipient (recipient's colleague).

- Delivery to the hotel:
Delivery is only to the table. The courier More Flowers delivers the flowers / gift exclusively to the hotel administrator (hotel).

For successful delivery of the order, when placing the order, it is necessary to specify the room where the recipient lives, first name, last name and mobile phone number so that the hotel (hotel) administrator can contact the recipient. After the transfer of the hotel administrator (to the hotel), More Flowers is not responsible for the transfer of the gift / flowers, incl. for the terms of transfer.

 

Delivery to other cities of Ukraine

Delivery of gifts across Ukraine is carried out using the Nova Poshta service

- to the nearest branch
- by courier to the address specified by the customer


Terms of delivery:

- The cost of delivery is paid by the customer according to the tariffs and conditions of the "Nova Poshta" service, which can be found on the website novaposhta.ua
- The terms of delivery of goods are individual and depend on the delivery address, as well as the schedule of the postal service

At your request, delivery can be carried out with the help of another postal operator or courier service operating in Ukraine.
